I really don't like being sick (who does?). And even worse is when the kids get sick. Sometimes there's just not much you can do, and I'm told each virus makes you stronger. But I'm always looking for ideas to stay healthy.

I swear by Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C ("gel packs"). It works at preventing (or minimizing) colds! It was recommended to me years ago by a preventative medicine, board-certified M.D. My oldest two boys take at the first exposure to or first symptoms!

Have fun! Crunch a Color is a great way to get your kids to eat a healthy balanced meal ( helps moms eat healthy too!). It also sparks fun conversation at the dinner table.
