If there's one thing that makes me feel crappy it's not sleeping enough...therefore I recommend always getting at least six hours of shut-eye!

Eden Godsoe: And don't be afraid to nap if you are someone who can do that. I used to make fun of my father for taking naps on the weekend but I try to do the same if I can possibly squeeze one in.

This is part of my weekly routine. Exercise gives me energy and helps me stay positive. Love the feeling after a great workout. It can be hard at times to make it into the gym or go for a run but I never have any regrets after my workouts.
