"Apple Pie" Yogurt

For an apple pie-esque treat, try: 6oz plain greek yogurt, 1 chopped apple, 1/4 cup multigrain dry oats (or granola), drizzle of honey, pinch of apple pie spice. Yum!

Cantalope Bowl Breakfast

Add 4 oz nonfat plain Greek Yogurt with a drizzle of honey and pinch of granola to a halved (and hollowed) cantalope. It's the perfect breakfast or snack!

Banana PB Yogurt

A new favorite, this is an easy way to get your potassium and protein in the morning. Mix 1 medium banana with 1 tbsp. of all natural peanut butter and 6 oz of plain greek yogurt. Add a tiny bit of honey if you like something sweet. Filling and tasty!

Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

Take 6oz of plain non-fat Greek yogurt and add 3 tsp. organic pumpkin, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and sweetener to taste. If you need a little crunch, try mixing in granola, walnuts or pecans. All of them are delicious additions.
