Frozen Berry Medley

These are wonderful if you can't have fresh. I eat them in a cup frozen (they're like candy!) or drop a few in my wine. Yummy!

Cranberry Mango Blueberry Bran Muffins

This are awesome! Really filling, low(er) calorie, low fat and super high fiber. 1 muffin is two servings but still only comes to 220 calories and 5 g of fat. $5 for 4 muffins makes this much cheaper than grabbing something at Dunks or Starbucks each morning too.

Baked chips are not only delicious, but healthy as well.

Another TJ's find, these lentil chips are much more healthy than a potato chip. They have a great flavor to them.

Field Fresh Chopped Salad

This salad has corn, chicken, cous cous and a delicious dressing. I ate the entire thing in one sitting even though it's portioned for two...I don't think 1/2 would have made me full. Really tasty!

I recently tried out and LOVE it. I've never been a big fan of the original mac & cheese. I tend to go for the mac & cheese with breadcrumbs and more "gourmet" cheeses. But this one is guilt free so you really can't go wrong :)

Savvy in San: Have you tried the non reduced guilt one? It's 10 times as amazing as this one....but you get all of the fat too! So cheesy!
