This is one of my go-to meals at work and at home but mine is a bit healthier. I usually prepare my egg whites in the microwave and add some seasoning. Then add in avocado, tomatoes, veggie bacon strips (bc its healthier and just as tasty) and a little cheese. Keeps me satisfied!
